Zucchini Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 small zucchini (approximately 1 lb.)
    1/2 tsp. each: salt, pepper and paprika
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    4 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Scrub but do not peel zucchini; trim ends.
    Cut the zucchini into 2-inch lengths, then cut each length into quarters, lengthwise.
    Bring zucchini to a boil in salted water to cover; simmer until tender, but not soft.
    Drain thoroughly.
    Butter a 9-inch ovenproof dish; arrange zucchini in a layer over the bottom.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika and cheese.
    Pour the melted butter over all.
    Place under the broiler until cheese is melted.
    Makes 6 servings.
