Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. fat
    1 c. sharp grated cheese
    2 c. tomatoes
    3/4 c. precooked rice
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Remove stems, seeds, etc. from peppers.
    Boil in salt water for 5 minutes. Drain and rub inside of peppers with salt. Stuff with ingredients.
    Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    When cooked, sprinkle with more cheese.
