Zucchini Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. shredded zucchini
    3 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. any flavor gelatin
Preparation
    Mix zucchini, sugar and lemon juice in saucepan.
    Bring to a boil over low heat.
    Stir in gelatin.
    Ladle into hot sterilized 8 ounce jars.
    Yield: 3 or 4 jars.
