Sweet Potato Souffl - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium yams
    1/2 stick butter
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Boil yams in water until tender. Remove from water; peel and mash in mixing bowl. Add butter, eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla and salt. Beat with mixer for a minute. Pour into well-greased casserole. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes. When firm and lightly crusty, it is done.
