Ingredients

1 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 small can chopped ripe olives
3 or 4 chopped jalapeno peppers
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. salad oil
3 tsp. vinegar
2 medium onions, finely chopped
7 to 10 drops of Worcestershire sauce
7 to 10 drops of Tabasco
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Spread on Triscuits and put under the broiler until bubbling. Can be made and kept for weeks in the refrigerator.
Makes a lot. Terrific spread on rye bread and broiled for an open face sandwich.
Yields 3 dozen.
