Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
drop of almond
1/2 pt. or small pkg. frozen strawberries
1 c. water
graham cracker crust
1 pkg. strawberry Jell-O (small)
Preparation

Soften cream cheese; add 2 whole eggs and whip until creamy. Add sugar, vanilla and almond and whip until smooth.
Pour into graham cracker crust and bake 20 minutes.
If frozen strawberries are to be used, thaw, then thicken with Jell-O and water.
After this begins to thicken, add to cream cheese mixture.
After this thickens put whipped cream on top.
