Mincemeat Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. shortening
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
2 c. mincemeat
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. warm water
3 eggs

Preparation

Mix mincemeat, soda, eggs, shortening, sugar and water.
Mix in flour.
Drop on cookie sheet by teaspoonful.
