Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 potatoes, diced
1/2 c. onions, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
2 medium carrots, chopped
2 tsp. salt
2/3 tsp. pepper
1/2 your favorite roll sausage

Preparation

In large pot, combine all but sausage.
Bring to boil and cook until tender.
While the soup mixture is getting hot, brown sausage and add sausage and drippings to soup.
