Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pecan halves
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg white
Preparation
    Beat egg white with 1 tablespoon of water until frothy, but not stiff.
    Mix pecans in egg white mixture thoroughly.
    Mix dry ingredients and pour over pecans.
    Coat throughly.
    Place on a cookie sheet in a single layer and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1/2 hour, stirring at the 15 minute interval.
    Place on waxed paper in single layer until cool.
    Store in airtight container.
