Garlicky Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. 14 oz. potatoes, cut into 1-inch chunks
    3 Tbsp. minced onion
    3 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
    3 Tbsp. minced celery
    3 Tbsp. low sodium chicken broth
    3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    black pepper to taste
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation
    In large pot add potatoes and enough cold water to cover them. Bring to boil over high heat.
    Lower heat to medium and boil until tender.
    Drain.
    In larger bowl combine remaining ingredients.
    Add warm potatoes; toss gently to coat.
    Let cool to room temperature, tossing occasionally.
