Venison Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. venison
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. carrots, sliced
    1 large onion, sliced
    1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    3 beef bouillon cubes
    rice or noodles, cooked
Preparation
    In heavy skillet, pour in vegetable oil to heat.
    Add carrots and onions.
    Saute for 2 minutes.
    Remove carrots and onions from skillet.
