Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 broiler-fryer chickens, cut in pieces
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
Preparation
    Mix together Russian dressing, soup mix and preserves.
    Place chicken in single layer, skin side up, in large shallow baking pan; pour preserves mix on chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done, basting occasionally with the pan drippings.
    Serve hot with plain rice and the sweet and sour sauce.
    Serves 8.
