Pepperoni Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
    1/3 to 1/2 c. sliced pepperoni
    1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Roll out the dough into 12 x 8-inch rectangle on a surface coated with flour.
    Place the pepperoni over the dough and top with grated cheese.
    Roll up the bread jelly roll fashion.
    Place the roll on a pan, seam side down.
    Let the dough rise for 1/2 hour, then bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
    Cool and slice.
    Good if dipped in pizza sauce while still warm.
