Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 medium sweet potatoes
1/2 stick butter
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

Cook potatoes.
Drain and whip with mixer well.
Mix butter, sugar, salt, eggs, vanilla and milk well.
Blend well with potatoes.
Add drained pineapple.
Pour into slightly greased casserole.
