Smoked Salmon Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can salmon (Prelate is best)
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 small onion
3 drops liquid smoke
3 shakes each: paprika and garlic powder
1/2 lemon
1 tsp. dill weed
fresh parsley
Preparation

Remove bone and skin from salmon.
Put onion and juice of 1/4 to 1/2 lemon in blender.
Mix all ingredients.
Sprinkle crushed pecans on top.
Serve with parsley.
