Spinach Cheese Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 c. shredded sharp cheese
    3 to 4 oz. mushrooms (fresh or canned), sliced
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    soft bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook spinach in water for a few minutes.
    Drain well.
    Drain mushrooms.
    Combine all ingredients, except bread crumbs; turn into greased casserole.
    Top with crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour, or until knife comes clean and crumbs are brown.
