Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. bag hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. melted oleo (save half for topping)
10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
6 slices bread, crumbled
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together except the reserved oleo and bread crumbs.
Put in a well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan; sprinkle top with bread crumbs, then add the oleo and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
This would serve 10 to 12 people.
