Easy Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced peaches
    1/2 c. soft margarine
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Place peaches in an 8 x 10-inch casserole dish. Set aside. Cream the margarine and gradually add 3/4 cup sugar.
    Beat well. Add flour to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in milk and vanilla.
    Pour batter over peaches.
    Combine the remaining 3/4 cup sugar and cornstarch.
    Stir in boiling water, stirring until sugar melts.
    Pour over batter. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
