Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4-6 potatoes, cubed
    1 lg. onion, chopped
    2/3 c. Crisco or margarine
    salt/pepper to taste
    water
    1 tsp. corn starch
Preparation
    In large sauce pan, combine potatoes, onion, Crisco, salt & pepper.
    Add water to cover about 1-inch over.
    Cook on med until tender.
    Mix corn starch with 1/2 c. water, add to boiling potatoes to thicken.
