Orange Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pork chops
    2 medium onions
    3/4 c. orange juice
    2/3 c. water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 tsp. tenderizer
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown chops on both sides and arrange in a 2-quart casserole. Slice onions to 1/4-inch slices.
    Place on top of chops.
