Perfect Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    4 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. Wesson light oil
Preparation
    Sift flour with sugar and baking powder. Stir in cornmeal. Add eggs, milk and oil. Beat just until mixed.
    Pour into greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
