Shawarma - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef (preferably sirloin or ribeye)
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 cloves garlic
Preparation
    Slice beef into long, thin strips.
    Mix ingredients together and marinade meat overnight.
    Cover meat and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0, stirring every 15 minutes.
    Serve over rice or with pita bread.
