Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine (melted and cooled)
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. buttermilk
    12 oz. frozen coconut
Preparation
    Mix all together and pour into 2 half-baked pie shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done in middle.
