Crispy Baked Fillets(Reduced Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 tsp. oil
    1/3 c. cornflake crumbs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 500\u00b0.
    Wash and dry fillets and cut into pieces.
    Season, dip in oil and coat in crumbs.
    Arrange in shallow, lightly oiled baking dish.
    Bake 10 minutes without turning or basting.
    Serves 4. Contains 260 calories.
