Drop Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 c. sifted self-rising flour
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Line cookie sheets with aluminum foil. In a large bowl, beat eggs well.
    Add oil, sugar, vanilla and flour; blend well. (This is a thin mixture.) Drop from a teaspoon onto the cookie sheets.
    Bake for 6 to 8 minutes, until lightly browned around the edges.
    Remove from cookie sheets and cool.
