Ingredients

1 can biscuits
1/2 c. shortening
powdered sugar
cinnamon sugar
Preparation

Place biscuits on wax paper and cut out centers.
When shortening is hot, put biscuits in pan and brown on both sides. Brown the cutout centers also.
Drain on paper towels.
Mom's can let the kids do the rest.
Put the powdered sugar in a brown lunch sack and the cinnamon sugar mixture in another.
Put a cooked doughnut in the sack and let the kids shake it up until coated all over.
