Joy'S Appetizer Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb Lean Ground Beef
    2 Eggs Lightly Beaten
    1 tsp. Dried Basil
    1 tsp. Salt
    1/4 tsp. Pepper Sauce
    1/2 c. Dry Bread Crumbs
    1/4 c. Onion (Chopped fine)
    2 tsp. Worcestshire sauce
    1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
    1 Jar 12 oz. grape jelly
    2 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese
    1 tsp. Ketchup
    1 Bottle 14 oz. Hot or Regular Ketchup
    2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
    1 Jar 12 oz. apple jelly
Preparation
    1. In bowl combine the first twelve ingredients.
    Mix well. 2. Shape into 1-inch balls and place on rack in a shallow roasting pan. 3. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10-15 minutes. 4. Remove meatballs and drain rack. 5. Combine ketchup and cornstarch in roasting pan. 6. Stir in jellies and add meatballs and bake for 30-35 miutes at 300\u00b0.
