Pressure Cooker Spareribs And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. or more country-style ribs or spareribs
    1 large can sauerkraut, drained
    5 large onions, cut in quarters
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown spareribs in frying pan with oil or under broiler. Place trivet in pressure cooker. Pour in water and add sauerkraut, onions and spareribs. Cook at high pressure for 1 hour.
    Serve with your choice of potato, etc.
