Tomato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 medium sized onions, chopped
    1/2 stalk celery
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    water (small amount)
    14 qt. washed and chopped tomatoes
    14 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. salt
    8 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. pepper
    14 Tbsp. flour, mixed in enough water to make paste
Preparation
    Into large pan, cover with water (small amount) onions, celery and parsley flakes.
    Cook until almost done.
    Add tomatoes.
    Cook until done.
    Add butter, salt, sugar and pepper.
    Add flour mixed in enough water to make paste.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Run mixture through a sieve.
    Fill jars and process in water bath for 20 minutes.
