Ingredients

1 (29 oz.) can pear halves
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cloves
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. toasted coconut
Preparation

Drain pears and reserve 1/4 cup liquid.
Combine 1/4 cup liquid, cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.
Stir until smooth.
Cook over low heat until thickened.
Put mixture over pears.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
