Seven Layer Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice, cooked and drained
    1 c. whole kernel corn
    2 (6 oz. each) cans tomato sauce
    1 1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 strips bacon
Preparation
    In a good size baking dish, layer 1/2 rice, corn and tomato sauce with 1/2 cup water, onion, green pepper, ground beef, salt and pepper.
    Put remainder of rice, corn,
    tomato sauce and 3/4 cup water on first layer.
    Place bacon across top and cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover and bake for 30 minutes longer.
