Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 jar Gerber Jr. carrots

Preparation

Mix all ingredients with spoon.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Ice with Cream Cheese Icing (see recipe).
