Gar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Gar tenderloins or other firm fish
    5 or 6 stalks celery
    3 to 4 carrots
    1 large apple
    1 c. mayo
Preparation
    Dice all vegetables and fruit.
    Cut fish into 1/2-inch cubes and boil in shrimp boil until white.
    Mix all together.
    Serve with crackers.
