German Apple Cake - cooking recipe

3 eggs
1-1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. thinly sliced cooking apples
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Beat eggs until light. Add oil and vanilla and beat until blended. Beat in remaining dry ingredients (except apples and nuts) for 30 seconds. By hand, mix in apples and nuts. Bake in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan for 45-60 minutes.
