Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger meat
1 pkg. French onion dip mix
1 c. cooked rice
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Preparation

Mix the hamburger meat, French onion dip mix and 3/4 cup rice. Roll the mixture into meatballs, about an inch thick, then roll meatballs in remaining rice.
Pour tomato sauce over the meatballs in a baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
