Sugar Tarte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    1 1/2 c. hot milk
    Pie crust, cooked
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, combine butter and flour.
    Mix well.
    Add the brown sugar and hot milk.
    Mix well.
    Cook mixture on medium heat and stir until thickened.
    Pour into a prepared pie crust. Can be decorated with meringue or whipped cream.
    Let cool.
