Cincinnati Chili(Served Over Spaghetti) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. water
2 lb. lean ground beef
2 large onions, chopped
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. garlic, chopped or minced
3 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. cocoa
3 bay leaves
Preparation

Place all ingredients in large pot and bring to boil. Stir and boil until ground beef is cooked thoroughly. Lower heat. Cover and simmer for 3 or 4 hours, stirring occasionally. Remove bay leaves before serving. Serve over spaghetti. Top with kidney beans, chopped onions and grated Cheddar cheese.
