Salad For Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head lettuce
    1 pkg. sunflower seeds
    1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. raisins
    1 jar Italian dressing or your own oil and vinegar
    2 boiled chicken breasts
    3 thinly sliced carrots
Preparation
    After boiling chicken breasts, cool and chop into squares. Be sure to remove skin.
    Chop lettuce and place in a large bowl. Add sunflower seeds, cheese and raisins to lettuce.
    Add carrots and chicken, then stir and serve.
