Pita Triangles With Tomato Dill Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pita breads
    6 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. plain yogurt
    1 c. fresh tomatoes (peeled, seeded, chopped - see note)
    1/4 c. minced fresh dill
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
    Note: To peel, seed, and chop tomatoes, plunge them into boiling water for 15-20 seconds; remove and cool. Use a sharp paring knife to peel off the skin, then cut each tomato in half horizontally. Squeeze halves to remove seeds, then chop.
