Mrs. Ferron'S Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 c. water
rind of 1 lemon
juice of 2 lemons
3 heaping tsp. cornstarch
3 eggs, separated
Preparation
-
Boil sugar, lemon juice and rinds for 3 minutes.
Add cornstarch and boil for 3 more minutes.
Beat yolks and add to mixture.
Turn out into precooked 9-inch pie shell and bake until pie is done.
