Breakfast Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together in bowl.
Beat eggs in separate bowl; add milk and butter.
Add to dry ingredients.
Stir until just mixed.
Batter should be lumpy. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
