Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. spinach, torn into bite size pieces
    1 c. endive, thinly cut
    1/2 small jicama, peeled and thinly sliced
    1/2 c. Oil and Lemon Dressing (recipe follows)
    1 red onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Toss together spinach, endive, jicama and onion rings.
    Blend dressing and soy sauce.
    Pour over salad and toss.
    Serve at once. Serves 4.
