Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag hash brown potatoes, thawed
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 small onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased cracker crumb lined 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Top with more cracker crumbs or cheese, if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
