Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. chopped onions
1 lb. broccoli pieces
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
1/4 c. milk
1 c. cooked rice
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Place oil in a saucepan and bring to a frying temperature. Add onions and cook until soft, but not browned.
Add broccoli and stir until hot, but not cooked.
Mix soup and milk together.
Add to mixture.
Add rice.
Cook and stir until hot and mixed.
Place in a 2-quart casserole dish, greased with margarine.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
