Roxy'S Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Knorr instant vegetable soup mix
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 1/2 pt. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
    1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Chop water chestnuts finely.
    Thaw spinach.
    (It does great in microwave, with 1/2 cup water, on High for 3 to 5 minutes.)
    Drain spinach on paper towels and pat dry.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Place in fridge for at least 1 hour.
