Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Eggs
    2 1\\2 C. Sugar
    1 C. Oil
    2 tbsp. Vanilla
    2 C. Zucchini, grated
    3 C. Flour
    1 tsp. Salt
    1 tsp. Baking Soda
    1\\4 tsp. Ginger
    2 tbsp. Cinnamon
Preparation
    Grate zucchini set aside. Beat sugar into eggs. Add oil and vanilla. Blend well. Add zucchini and beat in remaining ingredients. Pour into 2 well greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 min. Test with toothpick. Cool 10 min. before removing from pans.
