Cashew Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw cashews
    2 tsp. arrowroot or cornstarch
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. honey
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients in a blender for one minute.
    Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens. Use as a topping the same as you would whipped cream.
