Country Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 1/2 c.) can sweet potatoes in heavy syrup
1/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. brown sugar or maple syrup
3 Tbsp. margarine
1/8 tsp. salt
1/3 c. chopped pecans
10 large marshmallows, cut in half
Preparation

Drain syrup from potatoes.
Mash; add milk, sugar, margarine and salt.
Mix well.
Fold in nuts.
Put in shallow, greased baking dish.
Top with marshmallows.
Heat at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until marshmallows are brown on top.
Serves 4.
