Roast Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 large jar peach or apricot baby food
    4 lb. boneless pork roast, tied
Preparation
    Make slits in fat of roast; put on rack in roasting pan and baste with sauce made of the rest of the ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours, basting often with sauce.
    Trim off a thin layer of the fat before serving.
