Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole green peppers
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 small can tomatoes
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Cut centers from peppers and boil in salted water for about 10 minutes; drain.
    Brown onion in margarine and then add salt, garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and ground beef.
    Allow meat to brown.
    Add rice and cheese.
    Add tomatoes and egg to mixture; toss well and stuff into peppers, putting the remainder of mixture around peppers in pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
